CIT Approves Lower Duties On Korean Steel Pipe Supplier

Law360, New York (September 26, 2013, 7:01 PM ET) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade on Wednesday backed the federal government's decision to reduce the anti-dumping margin applied to shipments of steel pipe from South Korean-based SeAH Steel Corp. between 2008 and 2009.

CIT Judge Delissa A. Ridgway approved the revised methodology the U.S. Department of Commerce had applied to entries of SeAH circular welded-alloy steel pipe from Nov. 1, 2008 through Oct. 31, 2009.
