NLRB GC's Claims Raise Fairness Concerns, Judge Says

Law360, New York (September 26, 2013, 7:56 PM ET) -- In a decision nixing most of the labor law claims brought against a South Carolina restaurant, a National Labor Relations Board judge expressed concern Wednesday that the board's general counsel had accused the restaurant of threatening workers over union activity in conversations where the union wasn't mentioned.
