Devon Energy Wants Suit Over BHP's $94M Asset Buy Revived

Law360, Houston (September 26, 2013, 4:14 PM ET) -- Devon Energy Production Co. LP. asked a Texas appeals court Wednesday to revive its suit against a BHP Billiton Ltd. unit over the scope of a $94 million sale of oil and gas properties, saying a trial court is improperly dodging the dispute.
