Allstate Wins $7.7M For Fraudulent Chiropractic Claims

Law360, Los Angeles (September 26, 2013, 5:58 PM EDT) -- A California state judge has awarded Allstate Insurance Co. $7.7 million in a qui tam lawsuit in which the insurer accused the owners of two Los Angeles chiropractic clinics of engaging in fraudulent business and billing schemes, the company said Thursday.
