Pa. Justices Won't Upset $8M Damage Award Against Consol

Law360, Philadelphia (September 26, 2013, 5:30 PM ET) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court said Wednesday it would not hear an appeal of a decision affirming $7.8 million in damages against Consol Energy Inc. in a personal injury suit brought by two workers who were seriously injured when a metal staircase they were descending collapsed.
