Judge Turns Up His Nose To Country Club's OT Settlement

Law360, New York (September 27, 2013, 4:42 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge refused to approve a settlement in an ex-maintenance worker's putative collective action overtime suit against Nassau Country Club, taking issue on Thursday with a confidentiality provision and saying he couldn't determine whether an attorneys' fee award was fair.
