FTC Commissioner Calls For More Merger Debriefs

Law360, New York (September 26, 2013, 9:11 PM ET) -- The Federal Trade Commission should take the time to do retrospective studies into how its decisions in vertical mergers, and particularly hospital purchases of physician groups, have panned out to improve its decision-making, Commissioner Joshua Wright said Thursday.
