5th Circ. Revives Ex-Chevron Chemist's FMLA Suit

Law360, New York (September 27, 2013, 3:02 PM ET) -- The Fifth Circuit on Thursday revived a former Chevron USA Inc. employee's wrongful termination suit, ruling that the company failed to show that it would have ended the worker's employment despite his claim that he was fired for seeking leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act.
