Bloomberg Wins FCC Ruling Over Comcast Channel Placement

Law360, New York (September 26, 2013, 9:55 PM EDT) -- Bloomberg LP won a ruling from the Federal Communications Commission on Thursday that Comcast Corp. must carry Bloomberg's television news network near similar channels in cable lineups, a requirement imposed when the cable giant bought NBCUniversal Inc. in 2011.
