DLA Piper China Branch Lands IP Group from Jones Day

Law360, New York (September 27, 2013, 5:40 PM EDT) -- DLA Piper LLP has augmented one of its three China branches with five lawyers brought in from Jones Day, the firm said Friday, inlcuding a partner who is an intellectual property and IP specialist. 

Partner Horace Lam will take on the role of head of DLA's China IP practice, based in Beijing, starting in October. Lam brings with him four associates and fee earners from Jones Day's Beijing office.
