Law360, New York (September 27, 2013, 4:03 PM ET) -- Columbia Artists Management LLC exercised enough control over a group of touring musicians for them to be considered employees for the purposes of paying New York State unemployment insurance, an appellate court ruled Thursday, backing state labor officials against the international talent manager.
