Sens. Push ITC To OK Duties Against Chinese Wood Products

Law360, New York (September 27, 2013, 5:22 PM ET) -- Five Democratic senators urged the U.S. International Trade Commission on Wednesday to approve duties on imports of Chinese hardwood and decorative plywood, saying unfair competition from those products was hurting U.S. companies that are vital sources of employment for working class communities.
