Authorities Raid Lumber Liquidators Over Wood Imports

Law360, New York (September 27, 2013, 4:08 PM ET) -- Federal authorities raided two of Lumber Liquidators Inc.'s Virginia offices on Thursday in connection with certain imported wood-flooring products that may be linked to the habitat of an endangered tiger species.

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement service carried out a search warrant at the company's corporate offices in Toano and Richmond, the company said on Friday.
