Foley & Lardner Says Conflict Suit Fails 'Laugh Test'

Law360, New York (September 27, 2013, 9:11 PM ET) -- Foley & Lardner LLP asked a Washington, D.C., superior court judge last week to toss a suit seeking to disqualify one of its attorneys from a U.S. Department of Commerce case, saying the company that filed the suit harbored unreasonable fears that the lawyer would leak its confidential information to competitors.
