Domino Developer Must Pay Partner's Legal Fees, Judge Says

Law360, New York (September 27, 2013, 4:31 PM EDT) -- Developer Katan Group LLC must pay $1 million in legal fees to its erstwhile joint venture partner in Brooklyn's Domino Sugar factory site for three lawsuits that sprang up from the sale of the site last year, a New York state judge ruled Thursday.
