Suit Over Abdul-Jabbar Memorabilia Auction Gets Trimmed

Law360, Los Angeles (September 27, 2013, 3:46 PM ET) -- A California judge on Friday tossed claims alleging Kareem Abdul-Jabbar's business manager breached an agreement with Julien's Auctions not to withdraw the most valuable items from an auction of the NBA great's memorabilia, but said Julien's could proceed with its fraud claim.
