Booz Allen Wins Sanctions Against FMI In USAID Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (September 27, 2013, 7:22 PM ET) -- A Virginia federal judge has granted Booz Allen Hamilton Inc.'s bid for discovery sanctions against Financial Markets International Inc., saying Friday the consulting firm didn't obey a court order to identify individuals involved in a breach-of-contract suit over a U.S. Agency for International Development subcontract.

The judge said FMI didn't comply with a discovery order instructing the consulting firm to name 28 workers whom Booz Allen, the primary contractor on a USAID contract for the Ukraine financial sector rehabilitation program, allegedly didn't approve for work....
