Zuccotti Park Owner Shakes Suit Over Occupy Eviction

Law360, New York (September 30, 2013, 12:42 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge on Thursday tossed a lawsuit against Brookfield Office Properties Inc. alleging it wrongfully worked with police to evict protestors and others from its Zuccotti Park during Occupy Wall Street demonstrations, finding that the real estate corporation isn't liable for any alleged civil rights violations.
