Seven Mile Reaches $120M Deal For Polypore Unit

Law360, New York (September 30, 2013, 1:37 PM EDT) -- Filtration company Polypore International Inc. will sell its Microporous Products business to private equity firm Seven Mile Capital Partners for $120 million if the Federal Trade Commission approves the deal, the companies announced Monday.

“Microporous fits very well into our investment criteria and industry focus and is a great foundation for the launch of our second fund,” Seven Mile partner Kevin Cruse said in a statement. “Seven Mile has significant industry experience in the power and automotive industries."
