US Blasts Ex-Aeropostale Exec's $25M Foreiture Opposition

Law360, New York (September 30, 2013, 3:58 PM ET) -- New York authorities on Friday fired back at a convicted former Aeropostale Inc. executive who in June objected to the store's calculated losses in the $350 million kickback scheme he had orchestrated, arguing that Aeropostale is entitled to $25 million in restitution.
