Samsung Latin America Unit Hit With Sex Bias Suit

Law360, Miami (September 30, 2013, 5:57 PM ET) -- A former senior sales manager for Samsung Electronics Latino America Miami Inc. sued the company in Florida state court Friday, seeking damages for alleged gender discrimination and retaliation in violations of the Florida Civil Rights Act.
