DOD To Explore Alternative Structures For Tricare Contract

Law360, Los Angeles (September 30, 2013, 8:15 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Defense will conduct an assessment of potential costs and benefits of alternative structures for its Tricare pharmacy services contract, after the U.S. Government Accountability Office found that the Pentagon hadn't re-evaluated the effectiveness of the current structure in the past decade.
