Chubb Seeks High Court Review Of 9th Circ. Superfund Loss

Law360, Los Angeles (September 30, 2013, 8:14 PM ET) -- Chubb Custom Insurance Co. on Monday asked the U.S. Supreme Court to decide whether an insurer is allowed under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act to recover environmental cleanup expenses via subrogation lawsuits.
