Medical Newsletter Co. Hit With $16M Trade Secrets Suit

Law360, Miami (September 30, 2013, 8:07 PM ET) -- Medical newsletter publisher Eli Research LLC filed suit in Florida federal court Friday against two former employees and their company, seeking more than $16 million in damages for their alleged use of confidential company materials in violation of their contracts.
