Catheter Kickback FCA Suit Brings No New Proof, Bard Says

Bard Inc. urged a Louisiana federal judge Monday to scrap a False Claims Act suit claiming it fraudulently secured regulatory approval for allegedly unsafe catheters and gave doctors kickbacks that caused Medicare and Medicaid overbilling, saying the complaint differs little from a previously dismissed version.
