Feds Seek Ex-Mayer Brown Fraudster’s Cash And Cars

Law360, New York (October 1, 2013, 3:43 PM ET) -- U.S. prosecutors on Monday moved to seize money and property belonging to a former Mayer Brown LLP chief information officer who in April pled guilty to taking part in a $4.8 million billing and kickback scheme that victimized his former employer.

In accordance with the terms of David Tresch's plea bargain, the prosecutors asked U.S. District Judge Edmond E. Chang to approve forfeiture of two Chevrolet cars, a 2011 Cadillac DTS and $4.8 million in funds, among other things. The motion comes just two days before...
