High Court To Hear Next Round In 'Raging Bull' IP Bout

Law360, New York (October 1, 2013, 12:05 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court said Tuesday that it would hear an appeal from the daughter of “Raging Bull” author Frank Petrella, who lost a copyright infringement lawsuit against Metro-Goldwyn Mayer Inc. because she waited too long to file it.
