SAIC Escapes Claims In Investor Suit Over CityTime

Law360, New York (October 1, 2013, 4:45 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Monday trimmed a shareholder suit against Science Applications International Corp. and five of its employees, finding that many of the claims didn’t adequately show that the defendants knew about a kickback scheme tied to New York City's CityTime project.
