Molex Investor Says $7.2B Koch Deal Cheats Shareholders

Law360, Wilmington (October 01, 2013, 8:40 PM ET) -- A Molex Inc. investor filed a putative class action in Delaware court Monday seeking to halt the company's proposed $7.2 billion merger with Koch Industries Inc., arguing the deal was designed to be all but a sure thing and shortchange shareholders in the process.
