Local NJ Businesses Sue Conrail Over Train Derailment

Law360, New York (October 02, 2013, 7:21 PM ET) -- Lawsuits against Consolidated Rail Corp. over a 2012 train derailment and chemical spill in New Jersey continue to mount, with a group of Paulsboro, N.J., businesses and individuals now accusing the company of negligence in maintaining a bridge at the center of the accident.
