Washington Post Reaches Settlement In Twitter Copyright Row

Law360, Los Angeles (October 2, 2013, 6:16 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Tuesday dismissed claims accusing the Washington Post Co. of stealing a photojournalist's work off of Twitter after the parties reached a settlement, though principal defendants Agence France-Presse and Getty Images Inc. are still slated to go to trial.
