Riddell, NCAA Face New Football Concussion Class Action

Law360, New York (October 03, 2013, 5:09 PM ET) -- Riddell Inc. and the NCAA were hit with a proposed class action in Indiana on Wednesday claiming they failed to protect football players from the effects of concussions, the first time the helmet manufacturer has been targeted by college players in such a suit.
