Commerce Pushes To Maintain Duty On Russian Silicon Metal

Law360, New York (October 4, 2013, 4:04 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce on Thursday came out in favor of keeping decade-old anti-dumping duties on imports of silicon metal from Russia in place because removing them could cause harm to domestic producers.
