Shutdown Leaves Lockheed, Defense Cos. Exposed: Moody's

Law360, New York (October 03, 2013, 5:56 PM ET) -- Some defense contractors are better prepared than others to weather the government shutdown, but some of the largest, most successful contractors, like Lockheed Martin Corp., are the most vulnerable because they depend heavily on U.S. government funds, according to Moody's Investors Service's Wednesday report.
