Vitamin C Attys Get $10M For Work On Antitrust Settlements

Law360, New York (October 03, 2013, 2:39 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge on Wednesday approved a $10 million attorney award and granted final approval to a $23 million settlement that allowed China Pharmaceutical Group Ltd. to step out of a class action over vitamin C price-fixing claims.
