Arthrex Ordered To Stop Selling Infringing Suture Anchors

Law360, New York (October 3, 2013, 4:45 PM EDT) -- An Oregon federal judge has ordered Arthrex Inc. to stop selling its Bio-SutureTak and PEEK SutureTak suture anchors as of Wednesday, marking a big win for competitor Smith & Nephew Inc. in a patent infringement case that began nine years ago.
