Flintkote Keeps Asbestos Coverage Disputes In Arbitration

Law360, New York (October 3, 2013, 6:20 PM ET) -- Bankrupt construction products purveyor Flintkote Co. on Monday succeeded in pushing Aviva PLC and a British subsidiary into arbitration over more than $20 million in disputed asbestos liability coverage, with a Delaware judge binding Aviva to an arbitration agreement it never signed.
