Calif. High Court Snubs Challenge To Marin Plastic Bag Ban

Law360, San Diego (October 03, 2013, 7:51 PM ET) -- The California Supreme Court on Wednesday declined to hear a challenge to a Marin County ordinance banning the use of plastic bags at some retailers, letting stand a state appellate court decision that held the county presented enough evidence to show the ban would have a positive environmental impact.
