Frito-Lay Wants $3.3M From Convicted Ex-SK Foods CEO

Law360, New York (October 04, 2013, 2:06 PM ET) -- Frito-Lay Inc. asked a California federal court on Thursday to award it $3.3 million it had lost to legal fees, inflated prices and unused merchandise during a commercial bribery and fraud scheme led by Frederick Scott Salyer, the former CEO of SK Foods.
