U.K. Energy Markets Come Under Regulator's Scrutiny

Law360, New York (February 21, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The British energy regulator kicked off an investigation on Thursday into the U.K.'s gas and electricity industries, digging into allegations that the markets stifle competition and encourage collusion between dominant players.
