The Best Cyberdefense Is A Good Offense

Law360, New York (October 04, 2013, 5:52 PM ET) -- The security of our computer networks continues to get worse. The newest victims are large law firms. Foreign governments have stolen so much information from firms about their clients’ negotiating and litigating strategy that in August, the American Bar Association adopted a resolution condemning “unauthorized, illegal governmental” and other intrusions on law firm networks. It demanded the the U.S. government find ways “to deter, prevent, and punish” those intrusions.
