Law360, New York (October 04, 2013, 1:33 PM ET) -- Three major European banks — France's BNP Paribas SA, Spain's Banco Santander SA and Italy's UniCredit SpA — will square off in the chase to acquire Polish lender Bank BGZ SA in a deal pegged at $1.2 billion, sources told Polish newspaper Puls Biznesu and Reuters on Friday.
