AA Wins Order Blocking Travel Agents' Trademark Use

Law360, New York (October 04, 2013, 5:01 PM ET) -- American Airlines Inc. won a temporary restraining order by a Texas state judge on Wednesday against eight travel agencies in a trademark infringement suit accusing them of illegally using its name to lure consumers into joining a pricey travel club.
