Penn National Makes 3rd Mass. Casino Bid Official

Law360, New York (October 4, 2013, 3:19 PM EDT) -- Penn National Gaming Inc. delivered its formal application to Massachusetts gaming authorities on Friday for a $225 million racing and gaming operation at the Plainridge Racecourse, less than a month after taking over the project from disqualified contender Ourway Realty LLC.
