High Court Asked To Review Nixed $600M Stent IP Verdict

Law360, Los Angeles (October 04, 2013, 6:39 PM ET) -- A New Jersey radiologist has urged the U.S. Supreme Court to review the Federal Circuit’s finding that Johnson & Johnson didn't infringe the doctor's stent patent, a ruling that wiped out an earlier jury verdict against J&J and a damages award of nearly $600 million.
