RBS Stuck In $605M Suit Over Liverpool Soccer Club

Law360, New York (October 04, 2013, 9:28 PM ET) -- A New York state judge has refused to dismiss allegations that Royal Bank of Scotland PLC derailed a hedge fund’s £385 million ($605 million) bid for topflight English soccer team Liverpool FC in an opinion filed Friday, saying that their contracts were clear.
