Sanctions Unjust In WellPoint Case, Doctors Tell 11th Circ.

Law360, Miami (October 09, 2013, 6:47 PM ET) -- The Eleventh Circuit heard oral arguments Wednesday in an appeal by several state doctors associations and individual doctors of sanctions imposed by a Florida federal judge saying they were in contempt for failing to withdraw certain barred claims against WellPoint Inc.
