Law360, New York (October 04, 2013, 8:21 PM ET) -- Cracker Barrel Old Country Store Inc., which is facing a trademark infringement suit from Kraft Foods Group Inc. over its plans to sell meat products in grocery stores under the name “Cracker Barrel,” announced Friday that it had reached a deal with Kraft under which it would rebrand those items.
