Big Tobacco’s Engle Appeal Falls Flat In High Court

Law360, Miami (October 7, 2013, 6:32 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday kept thousands of suits against tobacco companies alive by refusing to take up the appeal of a Florida Supreme Court decision allowing members of the landmark Engle class action to use findings from that case in their individual suits.
