Barnes & Noble Says Data Breach Claims Were Already Nixed

Law360, New York (October 7, 2013, 7:40 PM ET) -- Barnes & Noble Inc. on Thursday urged an Illinois federal judge to nix a revamped putative class action over a security breach that affected PIN pad devices in 63 of its stores, arguing the allegations are “virtually identical” to the ones that were dismissed last month.
